Leadership Development puts people centre stage

A People and Process Change program is at the core of Leadership Development. Implementing people and process change leads quite “naturally” to a change of mind-set and thus to alignment of strategic thinking and personal ambition. Implementing strategically effective core business processes with clear roles and responsibilities anchored in these processes definitely inhibits silo-thinking.

Compliance with the process steps, roles and their related actions provides much less leeway for work-arounds, shadow processes or a limiting focus on internal departmental tasks. Board-level leadership has to make sure that management and staff transparently follow the agreed process, and that a permanent method of monitoring subsequent changes is in place.
